At our store, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help.


Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at the email above.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item received

If you need an exchange, email us with details and supporting images.


Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
